Opera and Arias

This year, the UBC Opera Ensemble will be celebrating Giuseppe Verdi‘s 200th birthday by putting on Viva Verdi!, featuring operas and arias from La Traviata, Rigoletto, Falstaff, and more. They will be performing 4 shows: 26 August and 2 September at 1PM & 7PM. Tickets vary from $30-43 but youth (6-25) may enjoy any of the two performances for $25. I was lucky to attend a performance last year and was blown away by the talent these young artists possess. I look forward to attending another performance this year. 🙂
